Chow Chun Hang
Function Manager
As Function Manager of Kodama G.K., Chow Chun Hang oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2), Chow Chun Hang brings over five years of experience in property accounting and customer management, gained through his previous roles in Hong Kong. Since 2023, he has been living in Osaka and is committed to building a long-term career in Japan, integrating his professional expertise with his deep understanding of Japanese culture and business practices.
Prior to joining Kodama, Chow Chun Hang held position with one of Hong Kong’s largest property maintenance companies, managing full cycle accounting for commercial properties and assisting with audits and with Hong Kong’s main public transportation network operator, focusing on station management, customer service, and safety strategies.
Chow Chun Hang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Outside of work, he enjoys creative arts and is pursuing a certificate in Manga and Animation from Osaka Sogo College of Design.
Jackie Lee
Co-Founder and CEO
Jackie co-founded Kodama G.K. and is a Managing Partner.

Jackie brings over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to founding Kodama G.K., Jackie was in IT product development at a prominent Canadian restaurant chain where he played a key role in strategic planning and product management.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Waterloo.
Stephen Chow
Co-Founder and CFO
Stephen co-founded Kodama G.K. and is a Managing Partner.

Stephen spent over 10 years in the real estate industry, most recently as a Portfolio Manager at a Canadian pension plan where he played a leadership role in portfolio construction, investment management, and property acquisitions for the real estate group.

Stephen is a graduate of Queen’s University and University of Waterloo and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Dickson Wong
Co-Founder and COO
Dickson co-founded Kodama G.K. and is a Managing Partner.
​
Dickson brings a decade of experience in real estate sales roles, including managing broker at a multi-national brokerage. Most recently, Dickson served as the General Manager at a Vancouver-based real estate developer where he is responsible for investor relations and sales for all Canadian residential developments.
​
Dickson holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University.
